Episode #429 – De Mol België Canary Islands Episode 2 Recap

Say “Thank You, Please!” to any waiters you meet, as we are back for De Mol België’s tenth season! Over these nine episodes, two guys who will massage for pasvragen – Logan & Michael – are trying to avoid barking up the wrong tree and falling for Papa Bear’s dastardly tricks and traps, aiming to answer that one elusive question – who the newest Mole is in this season set in the Canary Islands, continuing with the second episode and Tied Destinies elimination of Jens & Toon!

In this episode – Michael gets trapped in a parade, we reminisce on Logan’s first Europe trip, there is more evidence of Canary Islands being a sequel to Germany, we have a question for Gilles, Logan says fiancée, we struggle to tell two contestants apart, Toon gets placed on the naughty step, Michael tries to get into Emanuelle’s mind, Europe loves Wheatus, we try and work out how to distract a pirate, the Lion Problem returns, we wonder if it would have been a step too far for the Mole to switch partners, Gilles trolls the eliminated pair, there is the first update to our Pool and First Suspicions and we reveal who we suspect.

Over the next nine episodes, two guys who 99% of the time are dumb and don’t make sense – Logan & Michael – will be trying to avoid barking up the wrong tree and falling for Papa Bear’s dastardly tricks and traps, aiming to answer that one elusive question – who the newest Mole is in this season set in the Canary Islands, beginning with the premiere episode, celebration of Michael’s birthday, return of Jens and elimination of Gretel!

In this episode – we find out where in the world Michael Harmstone was, Logan joins an exclusive club, we ask for a particular opening quote next week, a new bond is formed thanks to people mistaking us for adults, Michael has an unexpected issue with Renaissance, a lie that Gilles told to us is revealed, the coffins become an afterthought, Dolly Parton takes a beating, Sven does a sneaky name drop, someone is revealed as a hobby vegan, we begin ruling people out already, Gretel gets a montage and we wonder whether we’ll get a double execution this season.

Episode #427 – Wie is de Mol 2022 Reunion Recap

Don’t go straight to time, because we are back for 2022’s Wie is de Mol season! Over the past ten weeks, two guys who are always deciding between gloating now and gloating later – Logan & Michael – have been recapping, analysing and speculating all about Wie is de Mol’s season in Albania, concluding with this week’s reunion episode and reveal of Everon as the Mole!

Episode #426 – Wie is de Mol 2022 Finale Recap

Crawl on your back to scratch that itch, because we are back for 2022’s Wie is de Mol season! Over these ten weeks, two guys who try to be as incompetent as possible whenever the opportunity arises – Logan & Michael – are recapping, analysing and speculating all about Wie is de Mol’s season in Albania, continuing with the finale and its cliffhanger ending.

In this episode – we finally board the “Kim is a good character train”, we give a shoutout to another podcast who didn’t bother competing last week, Logan throws his weight around, we predict a subversion for België’s return, we reveal if we have a problem with Production borrowing ideas from other franchises, Michael promises to tell the truth to Gilles de Coster, Production get a bit over-eager with the money, Logan learns a life lesson, Michael risks sounding like a Hunted viewer, we try and use game theory to work out what roles the final three didn’t play, Logan talks about his Online Mole Games, Michael wonders if there’s room for a Mole-themed Whodunnit season, we try and improve Sunday Trading Laws, Production prove to be a bit mean when they take money out of the pot at the end of the season, Michael finds an obvious way to win the spy challenge, there is finally a potential clue, our Final Suspicions are revealed, Logan goes for a record and we have the first proper bit of België news – albeit with a small caveat…
