Episode #513 – De Mol België Sicily Episode 1 Recap

Talk about your scrotum for six seconds too long, because we’re back for De Mol België Season 12 – and its visit to the place Logan’s ancestors fled under the cloak of darkness – Sicily! Over these nine weeks, three guys who aren’t olive pluckers, they’re olive pluckers’ sons – Michael, Logan & Bindles – will be recapping and breaking down everything that happens as we try and work out who has been given an offer that they couldn’t refuse – to become the Mole – beginning with the premiere and elimination of Gillian!

In this episode – Logan continues with his offensive descriptions, a traditional question returns, The Mole infiltrates Michael’s life, this season approaches the Aaf Brandt Corstius Line, everyone’s favourite impression is back, someone gets lined up to dub for Gilles, we spot a subtle theme, there was an audible reaction to the Real Madrid snafu, the cast photos are already iconic, Michaël teaches us something, Bindles panders to the bingo people, someone turns into Jackie Stallone, the hexagons get rebranded, we got misled in the trailers, Bindles & Michael get in sync, we find the perfect jokes to make on Holy Week, Michael tries to work out the maximum amount of olives, Senne’s weight loss becomes even more impressive, Logan has met the guy who created Big Brother, a joke is pre-emptively stolen, the Mole’s tactics are analysed, this season proves to be lucrative, our first boot gets a special eulogy, the sponsors will be happy, we try and guess what the impact of Pandora’s Box will be, our first suspicions are locked in, Logan reveals his descriptions and we wonder if we’re being pandered to again.

Episode #512 – Hunted Series 7 Episode 2 Recap

Take a literal walk down memory lane, as we are back for Hunted UK’s lucky seventh series! Over these six weeks (regardless of Channel 4’s broadcast schedule), three people who are still trying to find the Hunters’ main asset – Michael, Anthony & Michelle recap the hunt for twelve new fugitives who are spread out all over the UK in a quest to escape capture and win a share of £100,000 – continuing with the second episode and capture of Steve.

In this episode – Michael’s jokes come back to bite him, Michelle’s been out socialising, Anthony has had a weekend of two halves, there is some big news to do with an Australian icon, we get a semi-definitive answer on whether fugitives could fly, someone is already dead to us, we try and remember if we saw any posters, the edit slightly misleads us, there is a winner prediction already, we spot some more monkeying with the timeline, Lisa’s insults get ranked, Anthony has some experience with the Manchester Hilton, our ire turns to the Hunters, some predictions already come home to roost, Beth may have an advantage and this episode earns a very interesting record.

Episode #511 – Hunted Series 7 Episode 1 Recap

Be sometimes amazed, as we are back for Hunted UK’s lucky seventh series! Over the next six weeks (regardless of Channel 4’s broadcast schedule), three people who are never nasty to people’s faces – Michael, Anthony & Michelle return to recap the hunt for twelve new fugitives who are spread out all over the UK in a quest to escape capture and win a share of £100,000 – beginning with the first episode and capture of Christine & Munya.

In this episode – we realise just how long it has been since we last discussed Hunted, Michael has been off making friends of friends, Michelle’s been out meeting a good Australian TV host (and also Beau Ryan), there is some scandal brewing with the Hunters, someone tries to get themselves a new nickname, Michelle finds a rare bit of common ground with the Chief, Dr Steve Hersee finds himself on Anthony & Michelle’s bad side, we launch a new segment, there’s a new bit of eye candy in HQ, someone tells a disappointingly bad pun, Ray tries to convince us that Lisa isn’t horrible, the Hunters are pantomime villains again, we try and work out if anyone’s getting a winners’ edit, Ring doorbells are now a thing, one edit gets (potentially) softened, we wonder if the Hunters actually saw Jack & Alex and we try and work out whose list the Hunters will find.
