Episode #520 – Hunted Series 7 Finale Recap

Twelve new fugitives are on the run all across the UK, and three people who are being undermined for one last time – Anthony, Michelle & I – are back for our much-delayed seventh series to talk about them! Over these six episodes, regardless of how Channel 4 want to release them, we have been diving into everything to do with the seventh UK Hunt, concluding with the finale, capture of Cameron and escape of Jaxon, Nicola & Sade.

In our recap:

  • Will this be the end of civilian Hunted?
  • I break a promise to myself and tie up a loose end.
  • We discuss Race Across the World (briefly).
  • Hunter Jordan is doing something a bit insane.
  • We have another Alex Ayling message!
  • Where were the motorbikes?
  • Is it better to send fugitives to London rather than just giving HQ their location?
  • Doug gets one final undermining.
  • Has Ray run out of cliches?
  • When did they get the information on actually where extraction was?
  • Was just making the extraction information “LAKE DISTRICT” to make it harder for the Hunters?
  • Why couldn’t Kirsty just capture Jaxon & Nicola on her own?
  • Some local knowledge helps us counter the claim that Hunters were monitoring “all” the exits of Manchester Piccadilly.
  • We issue an apology (well, two of us do).
  • I start a war with the town of Burnley.
  • Did Sade & Cameron have an agreement?
  • Where was the crying scene?
  • How is the money split?
  • Michelle googles “Stipples Town”.
  • Was Stickle Tarn an obvious extraction point?
  • What would they have done if the helicopter couldn’t have landed?
  • How did we react to the final ascent?
  • Why did Jaxon & Nicola go into a pub?
  • How did we know it wouldn’t be a clean sweep?
  • Could Sade see the Hunters?
  • Who confirmed the loss last time?
  • How wrong were we?
  • Mothers’ Week begins on the podcast.
  • We predict if this is the end.
  • We say our (potential) goodbyes.
  • We go back into the vault to see if there’s any stories we never told.
  • And will we get any backlash for the banner?

You can join Logan, Bindles & I for De Mol België every Thursday and we will be back later in the year for more episodes!
